Gods I hope not. Looks like he grabbed the very wrong tire size for his vehicle. Hell, they almost look like they're stretching on the rim.

That was my thought as well. Someone posted 'BMW snow tires' on craigslist and this person didn't bother to check and see if they were close to the same diameter as the tires on their BMW.
